It has been a while since I have done a "blog" on photo shoots, sessions, and prizes/contests. This time of the year, we all seem to get caught up in things here and there and normally don't find the time to settle down and do things that we like to do. But for me, I'm totally opposite! Being out of school for about a week now, I have done several photo shoots, placed several orders, and have had several referrals. Thank you all so much for all the support, encouragement, and guidance you have given me these past few months. I need to catch up on my "photo sessions" that I have done recently. I will combine them all into one blog, since I am FINALLY finding time to sit down and write one! :)

This past Saturday, I was given the chance to photograph a precious little boy and his older sister (who is expecting :)). This was a special time to catch two "milestones" in their lives. You could tell by the look in his eyes that he loved his sister very much and the pictures that were taken would be ones that he will treasure for a lifetime. On the other hand, we were getting a few maternity pictures of Kelsey. :) I enjoyed this photo shoot and was so pleased that I had a HAPPY momma! :) ( I'm new to this whole "blog" thing, so I cannot figure out how to make three pictures align right...so would LOVE for you to look at the rest on facebook! :)

Being around the Shanks' house for over a year now (my boyfriend's parents), I have noticed they have very FEW pictures of both of their children together. I have tried and tried for at least a month to get Troy and Caty together for Christmas pictures. After Caty continually telling me she had to go to the movies, she had the biggest party of Junior High to go too, and she was busy..we finally found a time this past Friday to do pictures of her and Troy! I am so thankful we did, because their Mom got a Christmas present (early) that she says is the best one yet! We had so much fun taking these pictures and she now has pictures of her kids (as teenagers) to put up in her living room, instead of babies/toddlers. I had so much fun!! I LOVE MY JOB!!! :D

I was given the chance to photograph/help out with a Polar Express Christmas party for the kids at my grandma's church! :) Between serving some kiddos, holding/playing with babies, and cleaning up spilt hot chocolate, I got very few pictures. I did get a group shot, with the kids and their "bells."
Several months ago, I had a lady from Washington contact me about doing family pictures. She had told me that she would be in Jasper visiting family this week! :) I got really excited and we booked her appointment right away! Their little girl was so amazed with everything else around her (the dogs, grass, hay, ect.) I had Amy (my sister) standing above me clapping, calling her name and playing with her "noisy toys" trying to get her attention. We got a few shots of her looking at the camera and smiling! :) A huge success, considering she was looking at EVERYTHING but us! :) Thank you so much for letting me take these pictures of you and your family! I really enjoyed it!

As you can all tell, I have been staying really busy. God is really blessing SeeKING Photos?. The numbers on Facebook is steadily on the rise and the people contacting me about pictures is happening daily! :) I hope you all have a Merry Christmas! Looking forward to a new year with you next year! Please continue to keep up on both facebook and the blog. I will randomly do prizes on the blog..so be on the lookout!
MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM SEEKING PHOTOS?! God Bless you!
